This weekend at LIVE ART FOR CHILDREN focuses on the body and its possibilities. Rosie Gibbens (UK) presents her performance “Parabiosis”, in which she interacts with machines and body parts in a collage-like work that examines the functions of the human body. The performance is drop-in and recommended for children from 5 years old and their families.
Live Art Danmark also offers an interactive wrestling workshop, “Playing Up”, where you can build muscle, practice wrestling and play with different bodily identities. The workshop is open to children from 5 years and up. The day concludes with Boaz Barkan's (DK) thought-provoking performance “Our Other Body”, dissecting bodily and social structures for young people aged 15 and up.
