The outdoors area around ARKEN is actually a Sculpture Park that you can explore with family and friends. Find a map of the Sculpture Park here.

A bench zigzags through the landscape. A house rises up in the middle of a lagoon with the surface of the water as a floating floor. A flock of prehistoric horseshoe crabs climbs up on land, and a boy waves to you from high up on his bronze rocking horse. In the beautiful coastal landscape there is a wealth of sculptures from the museum's collection: some make you see your surroundings with new eyes, others invite you to play. There are sculptures you can climb around or rest on, run through or view your reflection in.

Alone or with others. Whether you're out for a morning run, walking your dog or spending the day at the museum, ARKEN's Sculpture Park is full of surprising art experiences and new opportunities to explore contemporary art at your own pace. In the midst of the beautiful landscape of Ishøj Beach Park all year round.
